To top it all, I attempted to contact them through WhatsApp to seek assistance. The response I got was a standard one: "Let me just get this checked with my team and get back to you." Over a month has passed since then, and no follow-up communications or effective solution have been received from their side despite follow-ups.

It's frustrating and disappointing—both for the quality of the product and the inadequacy of the customer service.

Price is bit higher side. But I hope that will reflect in quality .. first look it’s wow. Loved it .. hope it will last for sometime
