How can I track my orders?

Do you have same day delivery?

Yes, we do have same day delivery available only for Mumbai location. Delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

How soon can I get my order?

We process orders at 11 am daily except for Sunday. Once your order is processed you will get your order in 5 to 7 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order is processed and a confirmation email with tracking details is sent to you we will not be able to cancel your order. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@dripproject.co, We may be able to cancel your order and generate store credits (store credits cannot be clubbed with any discounts).

 

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once placed. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Do you have a warranty on your products?

We are committed to your satisfaction. Please note that our one-time replacement policy covers damage or fading due to normal use. However, we do not offer replacements for issues related to perfume smells, sweat, or wear and tear from usage. Your happiness is our top priority.!

What are jewelry made of?

Our products are meticulously crafted from high-quality brass, ensuring durability and a timeless aesthetic. Following this, they undergo a plating process based on your chosen color options including yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

Additionally, we use Cubic Zirconia (CZ) as our choice of diamond alternative.

What is Cubic Zirconia ?

CZ is a synthetic gemstone that mimics the brilliance of diamonds. It offers exceptional clarity and sparkle, making it an excellent and ethical choice for our pieces.

How to check my size for jewelry?

You can measure your size with a thread or a strip of paper, wrap the string around your neck/hand/finger. Lay the string flat and measure the distance. This measurement is your size

How to take care of the product?

Avoid harsh chemicals, keep away from direct sunlight, Avoid wearing during physical activities, Don't sleep in jewelry

What should I do to maintain and replenish the product?

Replenishment Service: If, over time, your product loses its shine and luster, we provide a replenishment service. For an additional cost of Rs 1500, we will ensure that your item is restored to its original brilliance. This service is designed to renew the appearance of your product, allowing you to enjoy its beauty for years to come.

Local Jeweler Plating Option: Alternatively, you have the flexibility to visit any local jeweler for plating services. This gives you the convenience to choose a trusted jeweler in your vicinity. They can plate the product for you, ensuring it regains its shine and luster. Please ensure that the jeweler you choose is experienced in handling items of this nature.

Do you customize products?

Yes, we do customize products, Minimum order value for customized products is rs.10000/-.

To proceed with a customized order, kindly provide the following details:

Once we receive these details at shop@dripproject.co, we'll provide you with a comprehensive product costing. Please note that the customized product manufacturing process typically takes 3-6 weeks.

How do I join the loyalty program?

You can join the program by registering on our Loyalty Program page signing in with your active email ID.

How do I earn loyalty points?

You earn 5 Drip Coin (loyalty point) for every Rupee you spend on your purchase.

How do I redeem my Drip Coins?

Register/login onto our Loyalty Program page with your email ID. Click on 'Ways to Redeem' to redeem your coins. Once you redeem your Drip Coins you will receive a coupon code which you can claim on your next purchase.

Where can I find my Loyalty Rewards/Coins?

You can log in to our Loyalty Program page to view your rewards, accumulated coins, and coupon codes.

What is the value of each Drip Coin?

For every 50 Drip Coins, you receive Rs. 1

Can I redeem my coins on any purchase?

You can redeem your coins on purchases of Rs. 2,000 and above only. Your coins earned cannot be exhausted on discounted/sale items.

Will I earn coins for sale day purchases?

No, you cannot earn coins, nor can you redeem the coins during our online sale events.

Can I combine my loyalty point coupon code with other offer codes?

No, you can only apply one offer for every purchase.
