How can I track my orders?

Do you have same day delivery?

Yes, we do have same day delivery available only for Mumbai location. Delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

How soon can I get my order?

We process orders at 11 am daily except for Sunday. Once your order is processed you will get your order in 4 to 6 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order is processed and a confirmation email with tracking details is sent to you we will not be able to cancel your order. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@dripproject.co, We may be able to cancel your order and generate store credits (store credits cannot be clubbed with any discounts).

 

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once placed. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Do you have a warranty on your products?

We provide one-time in a lifespan replacement for damaged silver jewelry with a fee of rs.1499/-. Exchange for an available item of equal value. User-damage,Excessive wear, lack of care is not covered under warranty.

What are jewelry made of?

Our products are meticulously crafted from high-quality brass, ensuring durability and a timeless aesthetic. Following this, they undergo a plating process based on your chosen color options including yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

Additionally, we use Cubic Zirconia (CZ) as our choice of diamond alternative.

What is Cubic Zirconia ?

CZ is a synthetic gemstone that mimics the brilliance of diamonds. It offers exceptional clarity and sparkle, making it an excellent and ethical choice for our pieces.

How to check my size for jewelry?

You can measure your size with a thread or a strip of paper, wrap the string around your neck/hand/finger. Lay the string flat and measure the distance. This measurement is your size

How to take care of the product?

Avoid harsh chemicals, keep away from direct sunlight, Avoid wearing during physical activities, Don't sleep in jewelry

What should I do to maintain and replenish the product?

Replenishment Service: If, over time, your product loses its shine and luster, we provide a replenishment service. For an additional cost of Rs 1500, we will ensure that your item is restored to its original brilliance. This service is designed to renew the appearance of your product, allowing you to enjoy its beauty for years to come.

Local Jeweler Plating Option: Alternatively, you have the flexibility to visit any local jeweler for plating services. This gives you the convenience to choose a trusted jeweler in your vicinity. They can plate the product for you, ensuring it regains its shine and luster. Please ensure that the jeweler you choose is experienced in handling items of this nature.

Do you customize products?

Yes, we do customize products, Minimum order value for customized products is rs.10000/-.

To proceed with a customized order, kindly provide the following details:

  6. Diamond Options: CZ diamond/Lab-grown diamond/ real diamond

If you wish to see a CAD file of the product before it enters production, there is a charge of Rs. 2999 for this service.

Once we receive these details at shop@dripproject.co, we'll provide you with a comprehensive product costing. Please note that the customized product manufacturing process typically takes 3-6 weeks.

How do I return/exchange my order?

Are there any Return/Exchange Charges?

Exchange and Return on products are charged rs.200/- as reverse Shipping fees.

What Product are Non-Returnable?

Products are under discounts are not eligible for returns.

Earings, Custom Jewelry, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable or cannoyt be exchanged.

International Orders are not eligible for any return.

For what reason can Returns/Exchanges get rejected?

Items received have not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition and the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.



How can I get my refund?

It will take up-to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.

Refunds will be generated in a form of Store Credits only.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable

We do not issue cash refunds for any reason.

Received Damage/Wrong Product?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@dripproject.co with the details within 24hours of the product recieved to raise a claim.

How can i redeem my store credits?

You can redeem your store credits at the checkout page. Store Credits cannot be clubbed with any other discounts.
