Tracking Your Parcel

Fraudulent Orders

Lost Packages

  • Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, DRIPPROJECT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

Delivery Attempts

  • All deliveries will be attempted twice. If the customer is unable to receive the package on the second attempt, the order will be returned to DRIPPROJECT, and additional fees will be charged for further shipping attempts. Please email us at support@dripproject.co in such cases.

Delivery Delays

  • Any delays or extensions in delivery time caused by the courier company are their responsibility. DRIPPROJECT will attempt to expedite delivery in case of delays but cannot be held liable for such issues after dispatch.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged-in-transit package, please email us at support@dripproject.co. DRIPPROJECT’s support team will work with you to resolve the issue.
