To return your product please initiate a return on our site to receive a free shipping label at returns or exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Drip Project is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when you ship the package back to us for a return/exchange.
You are also responsible to provide Drip Project customer service with carrier and tracking number.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order in exchange for Store Credits.
DRIP PROJECT DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
