Return & Exchange Eligibility:

•Product Exchanges: We accept exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you need a size change. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the parcel or purchase.

•Size Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size adjustments within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags intact.

•Returns & Cancellations: Returns and cancellations are not allowed. All sales are final. Only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day period for damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related issues.

•Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items
Earrings: Non-returnable.
Custom Jewellery: Non-returnable.
Special Promotional Sale Items: Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

One of One Products
Size Exchanges, Product Exchanges, Returns/Cancellations: We do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Made-to-Order (MTO) / Custom Products
Size Exchanges, Product Exchanges, Returns/Cancellations: We do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Refunds and Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds. All approved exchanges are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping Returns
If the courier company is unable to pick up your return shipment, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.

Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you may select an alternative product or opt for store credit.
