Return/Exchange Policy
How to Return or Exchange: Initiate a return or exchange on our website. Once your request has been approved, we will raise a return pickup from your address within 48 hours.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Responsibility: Drip Project is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return/exchange. Provide our customer service with the carrier and tracking number.
Note: Exchange depends on availability of the product, If the product is not available, store credits will be only given.
Shipping Costs: Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.
Returns: We happily accept returns/exchanges for unworn items in brand-new condition within 7 days of receiving your order, providing Store Credits.
Refunds: DRIP PROJECT DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
Sale Items: All Sale items are not eligible for a Return/Exchange in any case.
Non-Eligible items for Returns and Exchange:
- Earrings
- Custom Jewelry
- Opened or worn products
Required Information: To complete your return, we need the order number and the email address/phone number associated with the order.
Special Circumstances: Items returned more than 7 days after delivery won't be accepted unless authorized for special circumstances.
