Binding Agreement

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing products from us. By using our website and ordering products from us, you acknowledge, accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms just as if you and Metaman Brands Pvt Ltd had signed an agreement containing these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit our website and do not purchase any products.

YOU MAY NOT ORDER OR OBTAIN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE

You should also carefully review our Privacy Notice before placing an order for products or services through this website.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for changes and that if you purchase any items from us after we have uploaded any updates or changes to the Terms, then those purchases will be subject to those updated or changed Terms.

We only accept orders when we've checked them

We contact you to confirm we've received your order and then we will contact you again (normally within 1 working day) to confirm we've accepted it.

Sometimes we reject orders

Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock or because you are located outside our delivery areas or as stated on our website or because the product was mispriced by us. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

We charge you when you place an order

You will own your product once we have received payment in full. We accept the following payment methods as found in the footer below.

We're not responsible for delays outside our control

If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, such as delays due to a pandemic, natural disasters, terrorist attacks; war; collapse of building; fires or accidents, we contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team at support@dripproject.co to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Products can vary slightly from their pictures

A product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different.

You’re responsible for making sure your measurements are accurate

If we're making or supplying a product that is bespoke to measurements, images or letters you provide, you're responsible for making sure those measurements, images or letters are correct. Drip Project Guarantee Policy

We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month Drip Project Guarantee for all purchases of jewellery.

If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. Please note, we require photo or video evidence of the fault in order for us to carry out your claim and replace your item.

This Guarantee is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage). 

Drip Project Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items

Terms and Conditions for Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) Offer on Jewellery

  1. Eligibility:
    • This Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) offer is applicable only on selected jewellery items as marked on the product page.
    • The BOGO offer is not applicable on jewellery items that are on sale, in the outlet section, or as part of other promotions.
  2. Order Returns:
    • Returns will only be accepted if the entire BOGO order is returned. Individual items from a BOGO order cannot be returned separately.
    • To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned within the standard return period as specified in our Returns Policy.
  3. Faulty Items:
    • If an item in your BOGO order is found to be faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will issue a refund equivalent to half the BOGO value in store credit.
    • Store credit issued for faulty items must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
  4. Offer Limitations:
    • This offer is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
    • The BOGO offer cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional codes.
  5. Liability:
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase of the jewellery under the BOGO offer, excluding any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We do not accept returns on items bought with custom products or earrings in the buy one get one free offer.

Purchased With Gift Card Returns
If a purchase made using a Drip Project gift card as payment method is returned, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card. Returns for such purchases cannot be refunded via any other payment method.

Bundle Returns

Please note: All items within a bundle must be returned for clothing & jewellery. Individual items from a bundle will not be accepted.

Drip Project Pop Up Exclusive products:
If you wish to return your exclusive product, we offer an exchange for a store credit voucher for use on our website.

Standard sale products:
We offer store credit via our website return portal.

You have rights if there is something wrong with your product

If you think there is something wrong with your product, you must contact our Customer Service Team: support@dripproject.co. We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. 

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

•Product Exchanges: We accept exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you need a size change. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the parcel or purchase.

•Size Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size adjustments within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags intact.

•Returns & Cancellations: Returns and cancellations are not allowed. All sales are final. Only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day period for damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related issues.

•Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We can change products and these terms

Changes we can always make. We can always change a product:

  • to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements for example, if we are no longer permitted to sell a product.
  • to make minor technical adjustments and improvements. These are changes that don't affect your use of the product.

Changes we can only make if we give you notice and an option to terminate. We can also make the following types of change to the product or these terms, but if we do so we'll notify you and you can then contact our Customer Service Team: support@dripproject.co to end the contract before the change takes effect and receive a refund for any products you've paid for but not received:

We can end our contract with you

We can end our contract with you for a product and claim any compensation due to us if you don’t, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the product to you. In this case, we shall contact you to confirm if you would like us to re-arrange delivery of the product or receive a refund.

We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products

We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:

  • Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
  • Caused by a delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section “We're not responsible for delays outside our control”.
  • Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use.
  • A business loss. It relates to your use of a product for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession.
