  • Returns & Cancellations: Returns and cancellations are not allowed. All sales are final. Only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day period for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Made-to-Order (MTO) / Custom Products

Refunds and Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash refunds. All approved exchanges are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping Returns

  • If the courier company is unable to pick up your return shipment, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you may select an alternative product or opt for store credit.
